HAVANA, Cuba. – Army General Raul Castro Ruz, President of the Councils of State and Ministers, received in this Monday afternoon f Colonel General To Lam, Minister of Public Security of Vietnam, who pays a work visit to Cuba.

During the meeting they verified the excellent state of the historical relations uniting both peoples, Parties and Governments.

The Minister of Public Security of Vietnam was accompanied by Nguyen Chi Thanh, Ambassador to the island, and other members of his delegation.

Vice Admiral Julio Cesar Gandarilla Bermejo, Minister of the Interior, as well as other heads of the institution participated on the Cuban side.
