Raul visited military companies in Havana.

HAVANA, Cuba.-The President of the Councils of State and Ministers, Raul Castro Ruz, visited this Monday several military centers in Havana that are important for the defense and development of the country.

The Cuban President took a tour around the Naval Research and Development Center, that has the Carlos J. Finlay Order, where he knew about the work for maintaining and modernizing the Revolutionary Navy´s technique, as well as the anti-aircraft defense and other projects aimed to the economic development.

Raul was also in the workshops of Granma Industrial Military Company, where he learn about the different productions, which are mostly destined for sale to the population.

The Cuban President also arrived at Grito de Baire Industrial Military Company, specialized in the research, modernization and development of radio-electronic and visual exploration media, and visited Emilio Barcenas Industrial Military Company.
