HAVANA, Cuba.- Cuban organizations ratified this Monday their support to Venezuela, where the government faces the fury of hegemonic forces seeking to overthrow the democracy established by the people.

In a ceremony at the Cuban Institute of Friendship with Peoples they were present representatives of the Peace, Justice and Dignity to Peoples International Committee and the Cuban Movement for Peace and Sovereignty of Peoples, among other guests.

Venezuelan ambassador in Cuba Ali Rodriguez warned that an armed conflict starred by the United States would not affect Venezuela only, but also to Latin America, North America, and the Caribbean.

Behind so much belligerence there are the interests of gigantic monopolies who prefer to place the great capital above all, Rodriguez said.
