Havana, Cuba.-Sponsored by the Cuban Association of United Nations, the meeting was held in the Raúl Roa García Higher Institute of International Relations, with the participation of more than twenty speakers.

Participants reiterated that the blockade is a massive, flagrant and systematic human rights violation of the Cuban people, which qualifies as an act of genocide.
