LA PAZ, Bolivia. – Bolivian Chancellor Fernando Huanacuni highlighted this Friday that for 2025 his country envisage establishing and resuming relations with all the countries in the world, always in conditions of equality.

Huanacuni emphasized Bolivia’s international ties with other nations will be established in a different context from previous years, and added, “We do not want a submissive relationship, we want one of equals, brothers to brothers and our goal is set in that”.

“Currently our country has 37 embassies in the same number of countries, as well as 40 consulates in different cities,” the Bolivian Minister of Foreign Affairs said in an interview.

Huanacuni explained the State has complex relations with the United States, since in 2008 an American ambassador was expelled for interference in internal affairs, and there are no diplomatic links with Chile.
