vinosHavana, Cuba.-The first Cuban sommelier woman, presents her impressions of this work in a text that appears today at the 26th International Book Fair 2017, based in the Morro-Cabaña tourist complex of this city.

For the expert Martha Beatriz Señán, this document, titled El Donaire, allowed her, in a direct and pleasant style, to show her experiences in the recreational sector of this archipelago.

The Fair runs for 10 days in the Cuban capital and then moves to the rest of the provinces with several venues, both in localities and territories, including the Pabellón Cuba of this capital, where the volume of Señán was launched.

This expert spoke with a group of culture officials and directors of the Federation of Culinary Associations of the Republic of Cuba (Facrc) where the volume appeared.

Published under the seal of the editorial Artechef of Facrc, and with a prologue by its president Eddy Fernandez, the text is addressed to all people who love the vine cultivation, elaboration and consumption of wine, as part of the necessary harmony between that Product and meals, he emphasized.

Sommeliers are presenters of wine lists in luxury hotels and restaurants, and in the country there are around 200 people dedicated to this task, with a select group internationally qualified and even global prize winners such as Señan.
