PINAR DEL RÍO, Cuba. – Pinar del Río, the largest tobacco producer province in Cuba, advances in the process of selecting leaves in the tobacco warehouse in the territory.

Virginio Morales, agricultural specialist of the TABACUBA Group, explained that as part of the tasks dedicated to the celebration of July 26, they aspire to classify more than 5,000 tons.

Morales pointed out they are working hard to fulfill the commitment, because of the importance of these tasks for the tobacco industry.

With a daily rate of about 250 tons average, the tobacco workers hope to classify more than 17 thousand for the Day of National Rebellion in Cuba.
