-Chancellor Bruno Rodriguez Parrilla received this Monday the Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Affairs of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, Pham Binh Minh, and in official talks they reaffirmed the mutual interest to continue strengthening the historical and brotherly links.
