The President of the Provincial Assembly of the People’s Power in Havana, Reinaldo Garcia Zapata, and Erika del Valle Farias, Mayor of the Bolivarian Libertador Municipality, of Caracas, signed a Memorandum of Understanding in the Cuban capital to strengthen ties of friendship and collaboration
