Clerk Remberto Arias asserted that the US government lost the opportunity to move seriously in relations with the Cuban people, and regretted that the representative responded to an out-of-context policy.

The Cubans will advance as we do at present in our socialist project, without taking into account Trump’s ambiguities and clumsiness, Arias concluded.
