At the close of yesterday, June 1st, 444 patients are admitted to hospitals for epidemiological clinical surveillance. Another 736 people are monitored in their homes from Primary Health Care.

With COVID-19, Every Mistake Is a Setback
Cuba dawned on Monday with 38 new positive cases to COVID-19, the highest number confirmed in the last 28 days, of which 32 relate to the focus aroused in the La Epoca Department Store. Precisely to the behavior of the disease in Havana province and to the analysis of its causes, much of the meeting dedicated to the temporary working group for the prevention and control of the new coronavirus, led every afternoon by President of the Republic Miguel Diaz-Canel Bermudez and Prime Minister Manuel Marrero Cruz.

Cuba, in 80 Days of Combat to COVID-19
Since last March 11 in Cuba, 2,005 cases of COVID-19 have been diagnosed. Just 80 days after those first three patients detected, 161 patients with the new coronavirus are hospitalized in the island; 1,760 have their lives saved and 82 people are mourned.

At the close of yesterday, May 29, 448 patients are admitted to hospitals for epidemiological clinical surveillance. Another thousand 617 people are monitored in their homes, from Primary Health Care.
