Cuban Chancellor Bruno Rodriguez said this Friday that Cuba will ratify the commitment to cooperation, solidarity and peace, on the 15th anniversary of the Bolivarian Alliance for the Peoples of our America – Trade Treaty of the Peoples (ALBA-TCP).
