MATANZAS, Cuba. – Commander of the Revolution Ramiro Valdes Menendez, Vice-President of the Councils of State and of Ministers, appreciated this Thursday in Cardenas the march of investments for the railways sector and tourism.

In that city of Matanzas province, Valdes Menendez visited the Jose Valdes Railway Industrial Company that repaired seventy-four machines at the end of June as a contribution to the program of recovery Cuba´s railroad.

The Commander of the Revolution reflected on the need to produce spare parts for the equipment in the country, in order to replace imports.

The Cuban Vice-president also learn about the industry´s performance as a teaching unit of the University of Matanzas, where thirty-one students defend their diploma works on issues related with the bank of problems of the company.
