HAVANA, Cuba. – The President of Mozambique, Filipe Jacinto Nyusi, will make an official visit to Cuba from June 15, after the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

According to the information offered by the Chancellery, the dignitary will hold official conversations with Cuban authorities and perform several activities.

Cuba and Mozambique established diplomatic relations on August 28, 1975 and currently there are more than 450 Cuban collaborators in the African nation in different sectors, such as health, education and sports.

The Republic of Mozambique is a South-Eastern African country bordering Tanzania, Malawi, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Swaziland and South Africa. Its population exceeds 26 million 420 thousand inhabitants.
