HAVANA, Cuba.- The Third International Meeting on the History of Computing in Latin America and the Caribbean, HICAL 2020, is one of the events included in the Convention and International Computer Fair in its eighteenth edition.

HICAL will enable professionals in the field to learn about the evolution and perspectives of e-government and the information society in the region, as well as discussing training personnel strategies.

Participants will also be able to delve into the history of computing in Latin America and the Caribbean, and exchange with representatives of different countries on policies applied to the digital environment.

The Convention and International Computer Fair 2020 closes the call for presentations for its events on next October 18.
