BRAZILIA, Brazil.- Former Brazilian Chancellor Celso Amorim said that without the freedom of Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva, there is no real democracy in Brazil.

On the new foreign policy, Amorim warned that Brazil is moving away from the plane of law, constitution and democracy itself.
