The Venezuelan opposition carries out destabilizing protests and seeks through international media warfare, creating a false image of the country abroad to promote military intervention, Venezuelan ambassador to Bolivia, Cristbeylee Gonzalez, denounced today.

The Venezuelan diplomat explained how the media broke the truth of events in Caracas, with distorted photos to damage the image of the Bolivarian Revolution.

Gonzalez also deplored the actions of the Secretary General of the Organization of American States, Luis Almagro, who requested the opening of the Democratic Charter against Venezuela and promoted an international intervention.

The Venezuelan ambassador pointed out that the opposition’s demonstrations are located in four regions of affluent sectors in the economic field, where mayors finance people who execute violent actions.
