LA PAZ, Bolivia. – Authorities of the countries of the Bolivarian Alliance for the Peoples of Our America, Che’s relatives and members of groups from several continents will participate in the homages to the Heroic Guerrilla in Bolivia.

The Minister of Cultures, Wilma Alanoca, reported that the activities on occasion of the fifty years of Che´s presence in that country will take place in the village of Vallegrande, from October 5 to 9.

The program contemplates an international meeting on Che´s thought and a Congress of social medicine, in addition to guided visits to the Mausoleum of Che, Tania´s grave, the laundry of Senor de Malta Hospital and the school in La Higuera.

An anti-imperialist evening, books and movies exhibitions, a handicraft fair and a pilgrimage from Pucara to La Higuera, are other activities in the day of homage to the Heroic Guerrilla.
