Buenos Aires, Argentina.-The President of Ecuador Rafael Correa will travel to Argentina today, where the National University of Quilmes, in Buenos Aires, will give him the Honorary Doctor title.

Correa will receive the distinction within a few days from that granted by the University of Havana, one of the most prestigious in Latin America, during his stay in Cuba from May 3 to five.

The National University of Quilmes reflects in its website the academic trajectory of Correa that is an economist, Master of Arts in Economics from the Catholic University of Leuven, Belgium, and Master of Science in Economics from the University of Illinois-Champaign, USA.

The Ecuadorian President obtained the degree of Doctor in economics at the same American institution in 2011.
