BRAZILIA, Brazil. – Former President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva begins this Thursday, in Salvador de Bahia, a tour by nine states in northeastern Brazil that many describe as the Caravan of Hope.

Federal entities concentrating about a quarter of the Brazilian population will receive the creator and founder of the Workers’ Party until September 5 next to.

The Lula for Brazil project devised by that party tries to scrutinize the reality of the country in the context of the great transformations bequeathed by Lula and Dilma Rousseff´s governments.

The initiative also has the participation of the Perseu Abramo Foundation, which has just launched the Brazil in Motion program.
