BIE, Angola. – Cuban collaborators in the central Angolan province of Bie paid homage to the leader of the Cuban Revolution, Fidel Castro, and the founding father of Angola, Antonio Agostinho Neto.

During a tour through the municipality of Kamacupa, as part of the commemoration of July 26, deputy municipal administrator Lucas Daniel Fufuta asked a minute of silence in memory of Fidel Castro and Neto.

The Cuban collaborators in Bie and in the rest of the seventeen Angolan provinces carry out multiple activities in remembrance of the assaults to Moncada and Carlos Manuel de Cespedes barracks.

Traditional dances, aerobic musical gymnastics sessions, sports games, and tours by the Hacienda Kamacupa complex, specialized in the production of soy and rice, were part of the day in which Angolans graduated in Cuba took part too.
