HANOI, Vietnam.- Cuban President Miguel Diaz-Canel Bermudez arrived in Hanoi to start an official visit to the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, which will be extended until November 10.

In that Asian nation, the Cuban President will be greeted by the main figures of the State and the Government, led by the Secretary General of the Communist Party and President Nguyen Phu Trong, recently elected.

Diaz-Canel will also visit the Ho Chi Minh City, a metropolis with which Cuba maintains excellent political links, and in which important Vietnamese companies are located with presence in Cuba.

In the present visit of the Cuban head of State to the Indo-China nation, it will also be signed the new bilateral trade agreement between the countries, which will strengthen relations, which are already at the highest level.
