PARIS, France. – The Minister of Higher Education of Cuba, Jose Ramon Saborido, pays an official visit to France with the aim of participating in the Ministerial Conference of the European Space of Higher Education and in the Political Forum of Bologna.

According to diplomatic sources, Saborido will present the Cuban experience at a roundtable focused on the theme Expanding Access and Ensuring Success for All in Education.

During the Ministerial Conference of the European Space of Higher Education, speeches by French Prime Minister of France Edouard Philippe, Director-General of UNESCO Audrey Azoulay, and European Commissioner for Education, Culture, Youth and Sport Tibor Navracsis are scheduled.

As part of his stay, the Cuban Minister of Higher Education also develops a bilateral program and was received by the rector of the Paris Academy, Gilles Pecout.
