HAVANA, Cuba.- In a missive to President Xi Jinping for National Day of China, the First Secretary of the Communist Party of Cuba, Raul Castro Ruz, congratulated the Chinese people, and highlighted its contribution to justice, peace, and global economic progress.

Meanwhile, Cuban President Miguel Diaz-Canel Bermudez ratified the desire to consolidate the traditional friendship between the two socialist nations, and to foster the integral development of their mutual ties.

Also from Russia, President Vladimir Putin referred to China´s achievements and its role as an irreplaceable strategic partner, and North Korean leader Kim Jong-un praised the leadership of the Communist Party of China in its task of undertaking revitalization.

Leaders of different nations joined the congratulations conveyed by China’s National Day, and vowed to consolidate bilateral relations.
