Cuba and China put the sights on next year.

HAVANA, Cuba.- The governments of Cuba and China signed this Wednesday an Action Plan for 2019, which seeks to reinforce and consolidate the links between businessmen of the two countries.

The text was signed by the President of the Chamber of Commerce of Cuba, Orlando Hernandez, and the Vice-President of the Chinese Council for the Promotion of International Trade, Chen Zhou, during the 14th session of the bilateral Business Committee.

That Chinese entity also signed a memorandum of understanding that reinforces cooperation with Procuba, the center for the promotion of foreign trade and foreign investment in Cuba.

The session of the Cuba-China Business Committee includes presentations of the existing environment for attracting foreign investment, as well as the potentialities of Henan and Hainan Chinese provinces for trade with the island.
