MINSK, Belarus. – The Belarusian Minister of Agriculture and Food, Leonid Zayats, addressed the prospects for cooperation with the Cuban Minister of Agriculture, Gustavo Rodriguez Rollero, during a work meeting in Minsk.

Both sides talked about the ways to reinforce trade development between the two countries, to promote new business modalities and joint ventures, and undertake different forms of bilateral collaboration.

Rodriguez Rollero exposed the lines of development of the Cuban agricultural sector, and proposed the fields in which joint projects can be developed.

Belarus proposed the supply of agricultural machinery, equipment and supplies for protected cultivation, joint business projects in milk and derivatives production lines, meat processing, dairy and industrial feed.
