CARACAS, Venezuela. – The President of the National Electoral Council in Venezuela, Tibisay Lucena, guaranteed this Wednesday that the Constituent process develops in a perfectly normal way.

We give the security and guarantees that the electoral process is developing in perfect normality, Lucena said, who added they are taking all the measures to everybody can vote in peace.

The President of the National Electoral Council denounced there are sectors wanting to prevent the population from participating in the constituent, but she ratified that the highest authority of the electoral power in Venezuela will work with great commitment and responsibility to bring the process of the Constituent to fruition.
