Havana, Cuba.-The Japanese Minister of Foreign Affairs Fumio Kishida told his Cuban counterpart Bruno Rodriguez his country seeks to strengthen relations with Cuba.
Kishida is the first Japanese FM to come to Cuba, a fact that makes him feel much honored, he said. ¨We will strengthen our bilateral relations with this visit¨ he said after his meeting with Minister Rodriguez.
