Geneva, Switzerland. - Cuba denounced before the Organ for Solution of Differences of the World Trade Organization that the United States failed to fulfill their obligations regarding some differences already solved by that organization.

Rodolfo Reyes, ambassador of the greatest Island in the Antilles before the international organisms with their headquarters in Geneva, indicated that among the violations of Washington is the continuity of Section 211 of the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1998, that attempts against the rights of holders of Cuban marks.

.He pointed out that disposition makes part of the framework of measures that compose the unfair, illegal and genocide policy of the American blockade against Cuba.

The Cuban diplomat also denounced the double standard of Washington, that arrogates the right to judge other members of the World Trade Organization, in spite of repeated breaches in its heart.
