Havana, Cuba.- The new measures applied to facilitate the marketing of agricultural products, experimentally in several Cuban provinces, will help to eliminate indisciplines, and create an order in the retail markets.
José Puentes Napoles, director of Marketing in the Ministry of Agriculture, explained to the press that among the illegalities that should be eradicated are hoarding of products and the violations of the rules for the work of self-employed people (produce sellers).
Regarding those Puentes Nápoles recalled they cannot be situated in front of or in the vicinity of markets, and they should stay away at least three hundred meters. He said some of those individuals buy goods at low prices, then they resell them to people who come in their search.
