Havana, Cuba.-Admiration for the life and work of American writer Ernest Hemingway will again bring together specialists and experts on the Nobel Prize for Literature in the 15th International Symposium dedicated to the novelist, to be held in this capital city from June 18 to 21.
Ada Rosa Alfonso, director of Vigia Farm Museum, Hemingway's Cuban home for more than 20 years, said that the meeting will be attended by a hundred researchers and enthusiasts from countries like the US, Japan, Argentina, and Israel.
Havana, Cuba.-Cuba´s Tourism minister Manuel Marrero held an official meeting in Havana with his Bahamian counterpart Obediah Wilchcome on opportunities offered by the Caribbean multi-destination for the two countries.
The Cuban Tourism Ministry said the meeting was beneficial for the two sides, while Wilchcome, a legislator in his country, expressed his interest in learning about the products of the Cuban sector.
