HAVANA, Cuba.- With the presence of Esteban Lazo Hernandez, President of the National Assembly, this Tuesday concluded the national meeting of heads of Attention to the Population of the Provincial Assemblies and Isle of Youth Special Municipality.

The meeting, which during two days met in the Capitol of Havana, became space to exchange on the behavior of the attention to the population in the local organs of People´s Power, at the end of the first quarter of the year.

Among the most frequently-reiterated topics for citizens during this period are housing, physical planning, lack of medication, delay in solution to leaks, potable water supply and non-compliance with legal provisions.

Everyone who occupies a public office has to account for, Esteban Lazo said, and pointed out that the meaning of the Revolution is the people, so it is necessary to fight anything that will harm it.
