Havana, Cuba.- The first secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba (PCC), Raul Castro, and President Miguel Diaz-Canel are attending today the continuation of the analysis of the Draft Constitution by the People”s Power National Assembly (Parliament).

On Saturday, the Cuban lawmakers opened the detailed debates on the document, which, if approved at the first ordinary session of the 9th Legislature, would be submitted to a popular consultation before being voted in a referendum.
