HAVANA, Cuba.- The President of Cuba, Miguel Diaz-Canel Bermudez, attended this Monday in Havana the opening of the legal year on the island, ceremony in which the priorities of the sector for 2019 were presented.

At the headquarters of the Popular Supreme Court, the head of the institution, Ruben Remigio Ferro, reported on the results of the judicial activity last year, and presented the guidelines for that has just begun.

On the other hand, the President of Cuba also announced that he will receive the Prime Minister of Belize, Dean Oliver Barrow, in the context of his official visit to the island.

Barrow will start an official visit to Cuba tomorrow, and he will held official conversations with national authorities and carry out other activities, a fact highlighted by Diaz-Canel in his Twitter account.
