The President of Cuba, Miguel Diaz-Canel Bermudez, and Prime Minister of Dominica, Roosevelt Skerrit.

HAVANA, Cuba.- The President of Cuba, Miguel Diaz-Canel Bermudez, received on Tuesday the Prime Minister of Dominica, Roosevelt Skerrit, with whom he spoke on topics of the bilateral and regional agendas.

Both leaders exchanged about the good state of relations between the two nations and on various issues of the bilateral and regional agenda.

Prime Minister Skerrit reiterated the gratitude of the Dominican people and government for Cuba´s cooperation, particularly the help of rescuers, doctors, builders and specialists in recovery after the passage of Hurricane Maria.

For his part, the Cuban President, Miguel Diaz-Canel Bermudez, ratified the willingness to continue supporting this brother country.

Bruno Rodriguez Parrilla, Cuban Minister of Foreign Affairs, and Matthew Joseph Walter, Ambassador of Dominica, also attended the meeting.
