SOCHI, Russia. – A few days before the vote against the blockade in the UN, the solidarity with the Cuban Revolution and against the U.S. blockade was expressed in a forum at the 19th Worldwide Festival of Youth and Students in the Russian city of Sochi.

Young American Jacob Perasso condemned the political criminal, Guantanamo Bay Naval Base and the subversive actions against the Cuban people, while the President of the Cuban Institute of Friendship with the Peoples, Fernando Gonzalez denounced his extraterritorial nature.

Dr. Aleida Guevara, Che´s daughter, said that you feel a lot the effect of the blockade in public health when you have a patient and you cannot buy the drug due the criminal siege.

The young people of the world congratulated Venezuela on the recent electoral victory and expressed their solidarity with other just causes.
