CARACAS, Venezuela. – The diplomatic corps accredited in Venezuela received this Thursday information on the terrorist attack carried out last Tuesday against two government headquarters, from a helicopter hijacked by a police officer.

The President of the Supreme Court of Justice, Maikel Moreno, and the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Samuel Moncada, exposed the facts, which left no victims but which are considered an action directed to intimidate the authorities of the nation

The grenades were aimed at a group of the Bolivarian National Guard that was nearby. Besides, a few meters away there is an education center where children of workers of the judiciary study.

Moreno said diplomats have realized the allegations made by government authorities about violent actions, which seek to destabilize democracy in Venezuela.
