They'll Investigate Sinking of Argentine Submarine from Seabed.

BUENOS AIRES, Argentine.- Marta Yanez, federal judge in charge of the cause for the disappearance of ARA San Juan submarine in Argentina, said they will investigate its sinking without taking it to the surface, as an attempt to extract it could lead to destroy and damage evidence.

We will be able to rebuild the state of the seabed surrounding the ship and the state of the submarine, the magistrate said.

Nevertheless, Yanez asserts she will leave in the hands of the executive power the eventual decision to refloat the submarine, due a matter of feelings of the relatives of the victims.

The federal ensures that the research will focus on the reconstruction of the state of the ship through photos provided by the Ocean Infinity Company, which found the ARA San Juan, and thousands of images of the discovery where taken that will serve to rebuild on land a kind of model that allows possible exams.
