KATHMANDU, Nepal.- The Foreign Minister of Nepal, Pradeep Kumar, reiterated his country’s decision to continue supporting the struggle of the Cuban people in the face of the policy of hostility and economic blockade of the United States.

At the Chancellery, Foreign Minister Nepalese received Cuban Ambassador Oscar Martinez, who paid a recent work visit to Kathmandu, from November 14 to 16.

For his part, the Cuban diplomat thanked Nepal’s historic support for the Cuban resolution at the UN, as well as for the support during the recent General Assembly of the body, where that country opposed all the amendments filed against Cuba by the United States.

Martinez reported on the upcoming celebration of the 60thanniversary of the triumph of the Revolution, and the Nepalese Chancellor expressed his Government’s interest in celebrating that commemoration.
