BEIJING, China. – The Third Theoretical Seminary between the communist parties of Cuba and China takes place in Beijing as a space for coordinating partisan work.

The Cuban delegation is headed by Jose Ramon Balaguer, member of the Secretariat of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba and head of its Department of International Relations, who referred to the Communist Party as guarantor of the unity and strength of society.

His Chinese counterpart, Song Tao, noted that despite the blockade against Cuba, the island persists in the path of Socialism and closeness to the people; which, he said, must be the center of the political organization’s work.
