Havana, Cuba.- Cuba is the mother of revolutions and the best tribute to the Revolution´s leader Fidel Castro is to achieve Latin American unity, maintain the principles and never give up, said today the President of Bolivia, Evo Morales.

‘We cannot feel alone and we will recover the processes of emancipation,’ said Morales, speaking on the final day of the 24th Annual Meeting of the Sao Paulo Forum held in the Havana Convention Center.

He recalled that Fidel Castro taught him that revolutions are no longer done with bullets, but with the people as did the Venezuelan Commander, Hugo Chavez.

Morales described Fidel Castro as an optimist, who insisted that we must have no fear of imperialism.

The first indigenous President of Bolivia lamented the absence in these moments the continent is facing of great leaders like Fidel Castro, the Venezuelan Hugo Chavez and the Argentinean, Nestor Kirchner.

Morales called for maintaining the principles, not giving up and never giving power to the right, because it is demonstrated that where the oligarchy arrives, the economic and social situation of the peoples becomes complex.
