Ciego de Avila, Cuba.- With the arrival of the opening flight by the airline Travel Service at the international airport on Cayo Coco, the route between Poland and that coastal resort in Jardines del Rey was reopened.

The Airbus A 330 plane carried 292 tourists from Warsaw to Cayo Coco, which is part of the keys north of Ciego de Avila province, along with Cayo Guillermo.

The flight, which will arrive in Cuba every ten days, is promoted by Gaviota Tours and favors the diversification of tourist-sending markets during the upcoming peak season.

The representative of the tour operator Itaka in Cuba, Tomas Stezal, told Prensa Latina that Polish tourists are motivated by the Caribbean island’s natural beauties, landscapes, history, heritage, calm and security in this beautiful country.
