Paris, France.- Many hotel and tour operators from Cuba are exhibiting their latest options at the World Tourism Fair in Paris, which is taking place at the Exhibition Park in this capital.

The tourism counselor at the Cuban Embassy in France, Rosa Adela Mejias, stressed the importance that Cuba grants to the Paris event and in general to the French market, which has maintained a dynamic growth in recent years.

The specialist told reporters that the tourism industry in the Caribbean nation is in full expansion, as a result of which 4,000 hotel rooms are built every year.

Mejias emphasized that Cuba is in full capacity to welcome anyone who wants to visit, and ensured a tailored stay according to their needs.

Among the companies that promote Cuba’s products is the hotel group Cubanacan, which presents several new features such as the so-called ‘E Hotels’, a network of establishments in several cities that are characterized by charm, exclusiveness and elegance.

The Havanatur travel agency shows its many travel options, including the very popular circuits that allow tourists to discover Cuba’s diverse cultural attractions, heritage, history, nature and the sun and beach modality.

According to Havanatur experts, a new offer is the trip to the country’s eastern region, in provinces such as Santiago de Cuba, where holidaymakers can enjoy its charms.

The hotel chains Melia, Blue Dimond and Iberostar are also present at the event. They are exhibiting a wide range of new or renewed facilities designed to guarantee maximum enjoyment for travelers.

The Fair began on Thursday, March 15, and will run until Sunday, March 18, with the participation of some 400 national and international exhibitors who are showing their attractions and new features in about 500 destinations in France and around the world.
