HAVANA, Cuba.-The President of Cuba, Miguel Diaz-Canel Bermudez, highlighted the solidarity work of the Medical Brigade of the island, which during 48 days served in Mozambique after the passage of Hurricane Idai.

In a Twitter message, the head of State pointed out it is one more page in the history of the true internationalist and solidarity cooperation of Cuba.

Diaz-Canel´s commentary is related to the information titled They Enhance Work of Our Medical Brigade in Mozambique, published in Juventud Rebelde newspaper, in which the work of the Cuban specialists is highlighted, not only with the victims of the hurricane, but with all the people in need of health care.

In addition, this Thursday the Chancellor of Cuba, Bruno Rodriguez Parrilla, wrote in Twitter that Cuba is proud of the work of all its health collaborators in the world.
