HAVANA, Cuba.- Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez ratified this Thursday the excellent state of bilateral links with Angola and the will to strengthen them further in all areas, when receiving at the Chancellery in Havana his counterpart of that African country, Manuel Domingo Augusto.

Rodriguez highlighted that both nations have had historical and collaborative links for more than 40 years in several sectors, such as health, education, construction, science, agriculture, energy and water resources.

Angola’s Foreign Minister, Manuel Domingo Augusto, also highlighted the ties uniting both governments and peoples, while considering Cuba as a major strategic partner.

The diplomat underlined the indestructible solidarity with Cuba, in a current context marked by Washington’s growing hostility.
