Venezuela to claim CITGO theft before UN.

CARACAS, Venezuela.- Vice-President Delcy Rodriguez said her country has the arguments to prove to the UN that the United States intends to deliver a legal coup in Venezuela through procedural fraud.

In a radio interview, Rodriguez challenged a US court’s decision on the delivery of funs by CITGO Company to a Canadian company, as compensation for alleged losses in the South American country. CITGO is a subsidiary of Petroleos de Venezuela in Texas.

The Venezuelan Vice-President also denounced the conspiracy between opposition MP Juan Guido, sections of the Venezuelan right, and President Donald Trump’s government to seize the wealth of the Venezuelan state.

For his part, the President of the National Constituent Assembly, Diosdado Cabello, stated that Venezuela is prepared to defeat the United States’ claims to seize the country’s resources and bend the dignity of the Venezuelan people.
