LA PAZ. Bolivia. – The Guevarista Movement of Santa Cruz, in Bolivia, convened several activities in that territory in homage to Che and his comrades-in-arms, on the occasion of the 52nd anniversary of the assassination of the Heroic Guerrilla Fighter.

Activities will begin next October 7 with a call for hope, memory and anti-imperialist action, in tribute to Latin Americans who lost their lives in these struggles, a document released this Monday indicates.

On October 8 in the morning a concentration will be organized, and later a central act of homage to the Argentine-Cuban guerrilla and his companions will be held in the mausoleum of Che.

Bolivian researcher and historian Carlos Soria considered that the validity of Guevara’s ideals is evident every year in the wave of visitors to Vallegrande, in tributes to Che and his comrades-in-arms.
