MEXICO CITY, Mexico.- Mexican President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador promotes in his country the Moral Primer, to strengthen values and promote harmonious coexistence and respect for plurality and diversity.

During a ceremony to launch the pension program for older adults, the President gave beneficiaries the booklet whose text will moralize the public life of the country and face corruption.

Lopez Obrador said it is preferable to leave poverty to children and not dishonor. We have to moralize Mexico’s public life and that’s why this primer will be distributed, because we have to strengthen cultural, moral and spiritual values.

The Mexican President explained the primer will be delivered to the 2.5 million beneficiaries of the pension program to older adults, so he called to read it to strengthen family values.
